Synopsis: The movie is based off of the popular "G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero" toy franchise and is directed by Stephen Sommers, the mastermind behind the wildly popular "The Mummy" trilogy.

The movie stars Channing Tatum and Marlon Wayans as two U.S. Army soldiers named Duke (Tatum) and Ripcord (Wayans) who are assigned to deliver four warheads to NATO that have the power to destroy a U.S. city.

In transit, Duke and Ripcord are attacked by the Baroness (played by Sienna Miller), who is a member of a terrorist organization called the Cobras.

The Cobras and the Baroness are trying to sell the warheads and use them to bring about a new world order.

After the ambush, the soldiers are rescued by members of the G.I. Joe reconnaissance unit, which is comprised of the best soldiers from various armies around the world.

Duke and Ripcord go back with the members from G.I. Joe to their headquarters and meet up with General Hawk (played by Dennis Quaid), who heads the G.I. Joe team.

After meeting General Hawk and learning that the G.I. Joes are trying to stop the Cobras from causing terrorism, Duke and Ripcord want to become G.I. Joes and undergo rigorous testing to qualify for a spot on the team.

Review: If like you to watch movies filled with non-stop action, then "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra" is a movie you cannot miss.

This movie has amazing special effects and incredible fighting scenes.

I give the film a five-star rating for its non-stop action, intricate fighting scenes and over-the-top special effects.
